Moments of March 2014

March was about adding more patterns and getting into shoes. Not that I walked barefoot before March (though, barefoot is actually my favorite kinda footwear). But I discovered extra interest in shoes and got a few wonderful pairs, some of which I have already shown in my blog, and others I haven't yet. Floral patterns are on my mind a lot.

On the non-fashion note, my old computer decided that it is time for him to start pushing daisies. I tried to make the most out of its life. It was inexpensive with the body and hinges made of plastic (big mistake on my part to purchase it since I am not the most careful person on the planet, or even in this room). So I got a new computer, with the body and hinges made of steel. My computer and I are not going anywhere, guys. We plan to stick around. :)

    1. I am so glad that we discovered each other, Beate! Thank you for your kind words, you made me happy! :) I started reading your posts too. Unfortunately, I lost my German skills (I studied German in university, but since I never really had a chance to go there and use the language, I lost it), so I use Google translate which is pretty rough, but still gives some idea of what you are saying in your post. You have so much to offer! I used to make my own clothes and still think sometimes that I'd be back to this hobby. :)

  2. You had so many gorgeous days in March! I enjoy your outfits so much and the delightfully sunny you that goes with them! I too am always barefoot when home. Your collection of photos here reminded me how much I loved the purple, mustard and orange combination at the beginning of the month. What a fabulous colour combination!

    1. Thanks, Shawna, you are so kind! :) I love this space to be sunny and happy... I learn to be more free and artistic in my choices, and such a collage helps me to see where I am going at a given period. :)

  8. Natalia , This is a great retrospective of your recent outfits, and I looks like I may have missed some, so I will go check after this. happy Spring, it is great that you are thinking of flowers, it seems natural too, as they are literally spring up from the earth..just to brighten out mood, right ?
Anyway, your are looking beautiful , and I admire how each outfit is nits own original entity!

    1. I often think that there is such an amazing variety of flowers in the world... they all could look the same... they all could be square... or all only red... But they have amazing intricate shapes and such a range of colors and hues! Just for the sake of beauty! And so are women - we come in all shapes and sizes, and we all are beautiful and different in our wide range of outfits! :) Thank you for stopping by, Elle, I am always happy to see you here!

  9. I absolutely love your style and experimentation with clothing! I've been getting more into shoes too although they can get quite expensive so I haven't bought much. I've never experimented much in that area! I've also been really loving florals. Love how you paired different colors and layers. Beautiful!

    1. Thanks so much, Feda! I bought a few new pairs at Nordstrom Rack - it seems to suit my fancy, love the treasure hunting element too - you never know when and what you'll find. I aim for 30-40 dollars per pair, rarely buy anything more costly than that! :)
